Join Maren for a live experience at the beautiful Loft Studio inside Brick Canvas at Thanksgiving Point.

 

Maren will guide you through The Art of Living Awake—an exploration of what it means to become more aware of yourself, your energy, your choices, and the life you’re creating.

You’ll learn how to recognize the ways you may be living on autopilot and begin to reconnect with the part of you that already knows who you are and what’s possible for your life.

We’ll finish the evening with energy work, where Maren will work with a few participants in the room.

There’s something powerful about experiencing this work in person. Come get out of your head, connect with yourself, and experience what it means to live more awake.
